LUZ Rescue Coffee was founded in April 2026 by a group of friends that were on a mission to end human trafficking. We decided to flip the coin in the coffee industry and create revenue in a field that is often used to exploit, and we decided to prevent exploitation instead. Flipping it on its head, we not only use the highest quality standards for production and treatment of workers, but we work with our partners by giving 100% of profits to support human trafficking prevention, rescue and recovery.

The results? The best cup of coffee we've ever had and the joy of knowing that from farming to picking to roasting to sipping, we're providing everyone with the most premium product and experience for every worker and every consumer. What's more? Every dollar goes to support freedom for an individual that needs it most. Now that is joy in a cup!
